Teal Goal Limited is expanding its Quality team in Asia and is hiring multiple Quality Engineer roles to support our growing portfolio and supplier network across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
Based in Hong Kong, Shanghai/Greater China, or Ho Chi Minh City, these positions will work closely with suppliers and accredited laboratories to ensure product safety, compliance, and shipment readiness for the European market.

What we are looking for
We welcome applicants who combine technical rigor with a pragmatic, factory-ready mindset.
Common requirements include:
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical / Structural / Manufacturing Engineering (mechanical role) or Electrical / Electronic / Power Electronics Engineering (electrical roles)
- 5+ years of relevant quality control experience (category experience strongly preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English and local language
- Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia and Greater China
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Role-specific requirements:
- Mechanical/Structural: advanced AutoCAD capability for drawing review, analysis, and design verification; D-FMEA / P-FMEA experience preferred
- Electrical/Electronic: strong understanding of power tools, cordless tools, lithium-ion battery systems and battery regulation/compliance requirements (including EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542)
