Teal Goal Limited is expanding its sourcing presence in Southeast Asia and is hiring a Sourcing Specialist (Southeast Asia) based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) or Southeast Asia.
This role is for someone with proven EU retail sourcing experience and a strong track record in building supplier networks, negotiating effectively, and driving projects from sampling through to shipment. You will source new suppliers and products across Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Thailand, working closely with Category Management and our teams in Hong Kong.
Teal Goal Limited is expanding its Quality team in Asia and is hiring multiple Quality Engineer roles to support our growing portfolio and supplier network across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
Based in Hong Kong, Shanghai/Greater China, or Ho Chi Minh City, these positions will work closely with suppliers and accredited laboratories to ensure product safety, compliance, and shipment readiness for the European market.

We had expanded our office in Ho Chi Minh City starting in March 2025. We moved a couple of floors up to the Regus coworking space, where the area is bigger and spacious to accommodate new members. The address stays the same, but the floor changes from the 4th to the 11th at Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City.
