Teal Goal Limited is expanding its sourcing presence in Southeast Asia and is hiring a Sourcing Specialist (Southeast Asia) based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) or Southeast Asia.
This role is for someone with proven EU retail sourcing experience and a strong track record in building supplier networks, negotiating effectively, and driving projects from sampling through to shipment. You will source new suppliers and products across Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Thailand, working closely with Category Management and our teams in Hong Kong.
What we are looking for

Key requirements include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management
- Proven EU retail sourcing experience
- Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship building
- Solid understanding of quality, compliance, and supply-chain reporting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Vietnamese or local language strongly preferred)
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
