As Lunar New Year approaches, I want to say a sincere thank you to our business partners and our colleagues all over the world for the great collaboration throughout the past year.
The last 12 months have been challenging in many ways, and I truly appreciate the resilience and commitment shown across our network. At the same time, we are moving forward with the implementation of our new TOPO system. This is an important step to improve product data, documentation, and collaboration – and I hope for the active support of our suppliers as we roll it out.
In parallel, we have continued to strengthen our capabilities in product development and brand management so we can support our customers even better in the year ahead.
