In 2023, Teal Goal will continue to invest. Today, it’s been a week since we started our workspace in Ho Chi Minh City. Our two new colleagues, Trang Nguyen and Chloe Huynh are working at the location of the AHK (Delegation of German Business in Vietnam). Thanks to their incubator program, it took us less than two months from the decision to successful implementation.

Currently, we are searching for a Lead Purchasing Vietnam located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
As the Lead Sourcing Vietnam, you are responsible for building a small team. You have excellent negotiating skills with suppliers and know the factory environment. You work independently and are responsible for managing the local sourcing in Vietnam in close cooperation with our team in Hong Kong. You will report directly to the Executive Director of Teal Goal Limited.
Due to the new, strong Omicron wave in Hong Kong, the local Government announced even tighter restrictions. We are adjusting our internal policies to respond to this new situation. Starting today, most of our employees work from home. It is, therefore, possible that you may not be able to reach our employees in the office by phone.
We are prepared: In the past 30 months, we have continued to enforce a new flexible Hybrid-Work Policy for all employees. Therefore, I do not expect that the newest restrictions have a major impact on our business. Daily operation is guaranteed without any problems. The office in Fortress Hill will remain open for business, and all day-to-day operations are assured.
There are just a couple of days left: We are heading towards the Chinese New Year. I like to thank all our business partners and colleagues in Europe for their excellent cooperation during these challenging times.
